The IRF is a metal frame that is heavy enough to hold the weight of your body weight, but light enough to allow for easy handling.
The iron frame is not meant to be the primary weight or measuring tool.2.
Can I use an iron frame with an aluminum or steel frame?
The answer to that question depends on your frame and whether you’re trying to build a new frame or build a used frame.
It depends on what you’re weighing, the size of your frame, and the strength of the steel or aluminum frame you’re using.
The two frame types are typically considered the same in the U.S. and in most other countries.3.
Can you use an aluminum frame?
Yes, you can.
Aluminum frames typically weigh less than iron frames.

You should use a measuring scale to weigh your body every two to three weeks.
You also need to weigh each and every pound you’re carrying, in order to know how much additional weight you need.

You probably don’t.
The only weights you need are your body’s weight and your core weight.
